Outlook 12

Shockingly, Outlook 12 – as of this build – did not possess either the new Ribbon toolbar system or the shiny new look and feel.  We asked a source at Microsoft who said that certain applications in Office 12 will not possess the silver look and feel or the Ribbon toolbar system – as it was found that it was not a good fit.  Instead, these applications will continue to look more or less the way they do now, in Office 2003.  We will elaborate more on this in the upcoming Beta 1 preview.
